On September 9, Tianying College organized the first “Train the Trainers” program which was successfully concluded with 28 courseware, 26 appointment letters, 24 electronic completion certificates, 8 micro-course competition awards and 3 outstanding student awards.
An evaluation panel formed by Cao Debiao, President of CNTY, and other senior management of the company joined with a common evaluation team formed by trainees to assess the lectures performed by trainers. As a result, all 26 trainers who participated in the trial lectures passed the certification, with an average score of 92.3 and a highest score of 98.6.
In the closing session, Zhao Yalan, General Manager of the Organization and Human Resources Department of CNTY, reviewed the program and expressed heartfelt gratitude to trainers, trainees and project team members. The outstanding student representative, Han Ying, shared her gains during the learning process and expressed her gratitude to trainers and project team members.
President Cao congratulated all the trainers and pointed out that the completion of the training program is not the end. He requested that: trainers still need to polish and optimize the courses; the Organization and Human Resources Department needs to further improve the top-down design of training, apply and promote the training model in conjunction with the excellent performance management system; all departments need to attach great importance to employee training.
Eleven lecturers graduated from the program have already presented their micro-courses in the Tianying College, and nine lecturers have started to undertake training courses for the company's cadres.
