As of 30 June 2024, we have obtained a total of 689 authorised patents (including 114 invention patents), 92 software copyrights, 2 China Patent Award of Excellence, and 1 Jiangsu Provincial Patent Award of Second Prize.
As of 30 June 2024, our scientific and technological achievements include a number of accolades such as S&T Innovation First Prize of the China Society for the Promotion of Science and Technology Commercialization, Environmental Protection Equipment Innovation Award First Prize, China Patent Award Excellence Prize, and Jiangsu S&T Progress Third Prize.
A joint research conducted by CNTY and the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on "R&D and application of environmentally friendly large tonnage waste incineration equipment" was included in the 2016 Jiangsu Province Application of S&T Achievements Projects with a special government funding of RMB 10M. Our "R&D and application of plasma equipment treating solid waste incineration residuals" was included in the 2020 Jiangsu Province Application of S&T Achievements Projects with a special government funding of RMB 10M. Our "research on energy-saving and environmentally friendly plasma technology treating fly ash" was included in the 2020 Provincial Transformation of Industrial and Information Industry, with a special government funding of RMB 20M.

We have a high-tech innovation team with an average age of 35 years old and 95% of master's degree or above. Our senior engineers are qualified to practice in architecture, structure, thermodynamics, environmental protection, water supply and drainage, fire protection and so on. More than 20 people have been awarded the honours of innovation and entrepreneurship talents of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, experts of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program, Jiangsu Double Innovation Talents, Jiangsu "333" Talent Cultivation Project, and Jiangsu Experts with Outstanding Contributions. We have established 1 national postdoctoral workstation, 8 provincial R&D platforms, 5 laboratories and 8 research institutes.
