On September 2nd, the demonstration site meeting of Jiangsu Province High Value Patent Cultivation Project (Nantong), sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office, Nantong and Hai'an Municipal Market Supervision Administration, was successfully held at China Tianying’s Hai'an headquarters.
The meeting was attended by relevant leaders from Jiangsu provincial and Nantong intellectual property administration, relevant leaders from China Tianying and representatives from various enterprises. A total of more than 200 participants were present.
Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. was approved by Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office in 2019 to establish a high-value patent cultivation project for key technologies of solid waste resource recovery, with partners including Nanjing University, Nanjing Zhongshan Patent Agency Co. During the implementation period of the project, 144 new patents were applied for, including 122 invention patents, accounting for 84.72% of all new patents, forming two high-value patent portfolios of plasma technology application and large-tonnage waste incinerator; the percentage of invention patents with more than 10 claims reached 67%, and the number of authorized invention patents reached 38.
At the meeting, Li Yaojian, Chief Engineer of Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Protection Energy Equipment Co., Ltd, shared the experience and highlights of China Tianying's high-value patent cultivation project, and introduced in detail the core technology research and high-value patent cultivation of solid waste resourceization under the background of carbon peak and neutrality.
Ding Lan, Director of Industrial Promotion Department of Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office, gave full affirmation to China Tianying‘s demonstration project and gave valuable advice on the future development of patent cultivation. After that, Zhu Yu, the former director of Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office, gave a lecture entitled "High Value Patent Cultivation and Operation", giving detailed guidance on how enterprises can do a good job in cultivating high-value patents.
In the future, China Tianying will focus on the "Environmental Protection + New Energy" high-value patent cultivation and upgrading, through R&D of key technologies and cultivation of high-value patents in energy conservation, environmental protection and new energy, to develop zero carbon technologies, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and promote the early achievement of the carbon targets.
